Children’s Programs

Every Sunday at 9:00 AM, children of all ages gather for Sunday School. Our classes are tailored to meet kids at their individual learning levels, ensuring every child has the opportunity to explore God’s Word in an engaging and age-appropriate way. Dedicated teachers share lessons that lay a strong biblical foundation and help children apply what they learn to their daily lives.

On Sunday evenings, kids join Kids for Christ, a vibrant program where they can:

• Learn more about Jesus and the Bible.
• Enjoy fun and interactive games.
• Earn points to go toward Summer Camp at Camp CoBeAc.

This program combines learning, laughter, and exciting rewards, creating an environment where kids love to come back week after week.

Each summer, our kids head to Camp CoBeAc in Prudenville, MI, for an unforgettable week of spiritual growth, outdoor activities, and meaningful friendships. Summer Camp is a highlight for many, offering a chance to step away from distractions and focus on their walk with Christ in a fun and supportive setting.

Christmas is a special time at Mills Memorial Baptist Church, especially for our children! We celebrate in many ways:

• Christmas Cantata: Kids participate in our annual Christmas Cantata, sharing the joy of the season through music and drama.
• Kids for Christ Christmas Party: A night of games, fun, and celebration of the greatest gift—Jesus.
• Christmas Store: Kids can select thoughtful gifts for their family members, fostering a spirit of giving.

Every summer, we host an exciting Vacation Bible School (VBS) where children dive into a week of Bible lessons, crafts, songs, and activities. VBS is open to all kids in the community and is a wonderful opportunity to share the love of Christ with new friends.
